Closing Out 2025 with Gratitude, Faith, & Growth in Real Estate
Despite the challenges and shifts in the real estate market, 2025 was a record year in my real estate business, and I’m entering the new year filled with gratitude, clarity, and purpose.
As I closed out 2025 and welcomed the new year, I spent New Year’s Eve reflecting on my journal entries from the past year. I’ve been journaling since the late 1990s, and as I’ve grown personally and professionally, I’ve noticed a meaningful shift in what I write. My journal entries have become less about circumstances and others, and more about what God is teaching me in each season.
Over the years, this practice has allowed me to deepen my relationship with my Creator in ways I never imagined. It has been an incredible journey of faith, growth, and self-awareness. Through that relationship, I’ve learned that the more authentic and true I am to myself, the better person I become—not only as a Realtor, but also as a friend, daughter, mom, and sister.
I love my work as a Realtor more than I ever have, because I now fully understand the value of relationships in real estate. Buying or selling a home is never just a transaction—it’s deeply personal. I’ve come to believe that no path is a coincidence. Every client, every conversation, and every opportunity is part of a greater design.
Looking back, I embrace where I have been. Every mistake, every hard moment, every victory, and every blessing has shaped the way I serve others today. I truly count it all joy, because every experience has led me to this exact moment—personally, spiritually, and professionally.
As I step into this new year, I’m committed to continuing to work hard in my real estate business, to pray for my city, and to lift up the people around me. I’m excited to see where this year leads and how God continues to move in my life and work.
And when next year rolls around, I know I’ll reflect once again—grateful, humbled, and amazed at what God has done.
